Please follow the steps below for basic trouble shooting to reinstate your internet.
- Turn off your router & GNOW at the power point.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Only turn the GNOW on and wait until it displays 2 green lights.
- Now turn your router on at the power point and wait momentarily while your router reboots.
- Please reset any computer or laptop devices after the router reboots.
