Troubleshooting internet connection GNOW

Please follow the steps below for basic trouble shooting to reinstate your internet.

  1. Turn off your router & GNOW at the power point.
  2. GNOW device
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Only turn the GNOW on and wait until it displays 2 green lights.
  5. GNOW displaying 2 green lights
  6. Now turn your router on at the power point and wait momentarily while your router reboots.
  7. Please reset any computer or laptop devices after the router reboots.
