With a dedication to creating systems for healthcare industries that would help and support their people, we have spent these last 15+ years learning and developing new ways to improve our technology and delivery of services. As well as this, making sure that you have the best experience possible.

Wendy is our Chief Financial Officer for Acsess Health and has been a part of the team since 2005. She has extensive knowledge of the retirement and aged care industries and most importantly our client base, also acting as the cornerstone in all recruitment and HR matters. Wendy plays a major role in the navigation and handling of our growth, continuing to thrive internally within the organisation and working passionately to ensure staff consistently meet our expectations and that of our customers for Acsess Health.
In order to truly understand the diversity of aged care facilities, the ever changing nature of technology or the needs and desires of our customers, we work alongside clients who are experts in the health and aged care industries. This includes developers, consultants and managers who help us pinpoint how we can improve upon what we offer and the ways in which we offer it. Educating us on how people are choosing to use their phones, internet and televisions for communication and entertainment. Because if a service looks good on paper but misses the mark in practise then it can slowly become inaccessible. So it is up to us to listen and remain agile within our work.
From nursing staff exchanging important information with one another, to elderly residents interested in watching their favourite Foxtel series, each person’s experience is very important to use. We take pride in our work and ensure that the private retirement estates, aged care and health care facilities we work with are stronger through their networks and systems. That way you can work better, worry less and do more.
